We are delighted to welcome Luca back to the Carne Wine Table this month, a consummate host with an unparalleled passion for wine. This is a particularly special evening as the pairing menu has been created by our GM Laura, who hails from Romania.

A barricaded and unfiltered (dry) red wine that surprises with its freshness and floral side

Selene Fetească Neagră

Vegetal aromas followed by intense aromas of black and red fruits, weaved with brown sugar, slight tints of vanilla, cinnamon, pepper and leather

Papanași cu brânză - Romanian Doughnut

Cramele Orange Wine

Super fresh, a weight in the mouth reminiscent of a Fino sherry with flavours that span the spectrum
