As the name suggests Carne, or meat in Italian, is at heart a steak restaurant focusing on high quality, high welfare British rare breed beef.
Our focus is on sourcing the best quality ingredients and treating them with respect whilst providing a relaxed and informal atmosphere for our guests.
Carne focuses on high-quality, high-welfare ingredients prepared simply over our state-of-the-art synergy grill.
We work closely with our suppliers and producers to source the best ingredients we can find.
We believe that good quality ingredients speak for themselves and this reflects in our menus.
Carne also boasts a huge wine cellar with over 100 carefully curated wines with a focus on local sparkling wine and big bold reds from the old and new world.
Alongside wines, our cocktail lounge bar is available for guests to enjoy and our mixologists and sommelier are always on hand.
