Join us for Bebette’s Cabaret at The Cellar, Carne, Hove on Friday 22nd May for an intoxicating night of glamour, tease, and late-night decadence. Hosted by the dazzling Bebe Boheme, this speakeasy-style soirée brings together captivating burlesque, seductive performances, and an atmosphere thick with mystery and allure.
Arrive early and indulge in a pre-show dinner, or settle in for the evening with bites and expertly crafted cocktails served throughout the show. Expect candlelight, velvet, and a touch of mischief as the night unfolds…

An evening of soul and jazz, created to feel close, warm, and real from start to finish.
Georgia Blankson headlines the night with a voice full of depth and feeling, delivering songs that sit somewhere between soul and jazz with real honesty and control. She’s been steadily building her name across Brighton, performing at beautiful intimate spaces like Brighton Beach House, the WaterBear Venue, and The Hope & Ruin. Her recent sold-out “Roots and Vibes” show at A L P H A B E T says it all — people are connecting with what she does.
Opening the evening, Amber Burgoyne sets the tone with a gentle, soulful performance that eases you in and holds the room in the right way.
This is a night for listening, for slowing down, and for letting the music breathe in a proper intimate setting.
The Shot Show in the Cellar - comedy music and mayhem
The SHOT Show lands in the Cellar on 26 April - comedy, music and a bit of mayhem.
An intimate night of live stand-up, music and cabaret, with a mix of rising stars and seasoned performers. No two shows are ever the same.
Doors 6.45pm, show from 7.30pm. Come early, have a Carne roast or grab a drink and settle in for the show.
WILD LOVE DISCO
We’re having a party at Carne. Wild Love Disco is coming.
Start upstairs - drinks, sunshine, good music in the garden with Tom Beresford.
Then downstairs for four hours of dancing with DJ Sophie Lloyd. Proper tunes, all night.

USA Wine Dinner x Luca
Luca is back to host a USA themed wine dinner with some fantastic new world wines from the Napa Valley and beyond. Our chefs have created a playful menu based on their experiences in the states and are very excited to welcome you.

Sussex Wine Night with Alex Croft
A one-night celebration of Sussex producers and winemakers. Join us at Carne for a seasonal multi-course menu paired with wines from Coombe Bottom Farm and Artelium. From local charcuterie and Golden Cross goats cheese to dry aged duck and chocolate cremeaux, each course showcases the craft and character of our region.

Luca returns to Carne to host a night of Alpine-inspired food and wine tasting.
Our chefs have crafted a 5-course menu, paired with the finest Alpine wines.
£60 per head - including 5 courses and 5 wines. Arrival 7 pm for drinks and dinner will start at 7.30 sharp.
New Years Eve Prohibition Night

We have a special set menu upstairs with optional wine pairing, followed by the fantastic Charlie Miller band down in The Cellar @ Carne playing till late.

Join us on Friday 28th November for a journey through Italy’s vineyards – from the crisp sparkle of the north to the rich, sun-baked flavours of the south. Hosted by our friend Luca, it’ll be an easygoing evening of great wine, generous food and good conversation.
